Schweitzer obtained her Real Estate License to further assist clients in their real estate development needs. Regardless of where a real estate project is in the process – from bare land to fully operational
facilities – Schweitzer understands the nuances with the development process, required approvals, and management of property providing valuable insight during real estate transactions.
Amy obtained degrees in Urban Planning and Development, Environmental Design, and Economics from Ball State University. She has been a certified planner recognized by the American Institute of Certified
Planners (AICP) since 2001; is a certified grant administrator by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA).
Amy lives in Auburn with her husband, Chris, and two children. In her free time, she enjoys being with family, walking the dog, listening to music, baking, and scrapbooking. She has served on a variety of community organizations and presently serves on the Union Township Advisory Board.
